Please be advised that the Board of Directors for the Green Glen Acres Homeowners Association, Inc. intends to conduct a Quarterly Meeting of the Board of Directors at 7:00 PM on Thursday, May 4, 2023 at the Golf Club of Texas at 13600 Briggs Ranch, San Antonio, TX 78245.

The purpose of the Quarterly Board Meeting includes:

• Complete administrative duties

• Other business deemed necessary by the Green Glen Acres Board of Directors

• Hold an Executive Session
