Notice of Quarterly Meeting

Please be advised that the Board of Directors for the Green Glen Acres Homeowners Association, Inc. intends to conduct a Quarterly Meeting of the Board of Directors at 7:00 PM on Thursday, January 21st, 2021. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic the Board will adhere to the current health and safety recommendations by conducting the meeting virtually utilizing Zoom Meetings platform. This will be a voice only meeting that may be accessed via the Zoom app from your smart device, or via web-browser (Chrome or Edge is recommended by Zoom). If you are interested in joining us please send an email to with your name and property address and we will send you the link for the quarterly meeting once ownership is validated. When you click on the invite link you may be prompted to install the app on you device if you do not already have it installed. Requests to join the meeting will not be accepted after 7:00PM on the day of the meeting to allow enough time for the Board to respond to requests. Please be patient as we are treading new ground in an effort to continue HOA business and meet the needs of our community.

The purpose of the Quarterly Board Meeting includes:

  • Other business deemed necessary by the Green Glen Acres Board of Directors
